Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes globally, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain employee lifecycle events in the HRIS and ensure data integrity across HR systems
- Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to standardize and streamline HR processes globally
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably in a global environment
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment practices, particularly in the US
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, and remote-first or hybrid environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
