Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support global HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes globally, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain employee lifecycle events in the HRIS and ensure data integrity across HR systems
• Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to standardize and streamline HR processes globally

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably in a global environment
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment practices, particularly in the US
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, and remote-first or hybrid environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
