Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of compensation data, including market trends and salary surveys
- Partner in the design and administration of annual merit planning and incentive activities
- Administer compensation policies and programs to support recognition and retention efforts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or equivalent experience
- CCP certification required
- Experience with complex Excel and Access databases
