Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter with extensive full-cycle recruiting experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and disciplines: sourcing, screening, coordinating, interviewing, closing
- Partner with executive team to define role profiles, scorecards, and compensation bands
- Maintain clean candidate pipelines, track progress, and report metrics regularly
Qualifications
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency or tech/digital environment
- Proven track record filling a wide range of roles (sales, designers, developers, PMs, etc.)
- Deep understanding of hiring remote talent globally (U.S., LATAM, India, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Tech-savvy: experience using ATS (e.g. Ashby, Lever, or equivalent)
