Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a GTM business unit
- Develop and facilitate all phases of the recruitment process
- Champion candidate experience and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in Revenue, Marketing, or GTM roles
- Experience partnering with hiring managers on hiring initiatives
- Proficient in using recruiting tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven mindset with experience in a hyper-growth startup environment is a plus
