Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter (Temporary) to join their team on a 3-month assignment with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a GTM business unit
• Develop and facilitate all phases of the recruitment process
• Champion candidate experience and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in Revenue, Marketing, or GTM roles
• Experience partnering with hiring managers on hiring initiatives
• Proficient in using recruiting tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Results-driven mindset with experience in a hyper-growth startup environment is a plus
