Job Summary
A company is looking for a Peoplesoft Funct Analyst II, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise in Human Resources, Payroll, and related applications
- Support system design, implementation, and troubleshooting of PeopleSoft modules
- Participate in application development plans for upgrades, patches, and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Business Admin, or related field, or 3-5 years of equivalent experience
- 7+ years of work experience with implementations and functional requirements in HR and Payroll modules
- 5+ years of experience collaborating with Technical Analysts and Business teams
- Knowledge of testing methodologies using PeopleSoft test framework or similar tools
- Self-motivated with a strong record of interpersonal skills
