Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Compensation to lead the development and administration of global compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement compensation programs, including base pay and incentive plans
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on compensation matters to HR and business leaders
- Conduct market benchmarking and maintain compliance with compensation regulations
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years focused on Compensation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team
- Strong knowledge of compensation regulations (FLSA, pay equity)
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, business analysis, or business administration strongly preferred
- Experience with Workday strongly preferred
