Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator responsible for overseeing the execution and administration of US Benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives
- Manage benefits escalations and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and employee satisfaction
- Support the configuration and management of the Workday Benefits module in alignment with People Systems strategy
Required Qualifications
- Workday Benefits training and/or certification highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience administering employee benefit plans in the US
- Strong knowledge of benefits and compensation regulations, including ACA, ERISA, and FLSA
- Experience in regulatory compliance related to compensation and benefits
