Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator responsible for overseeing the execution and administration of US Benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives
  • Manage benefits escalations and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and employee satisfaction
  • Support the configuration and management of the Workday Benefits module in alignment with People Systems strategy
Required Qualifications
  • Workday Benefits training and/or certification highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience administering employee benefit plans in the US
  • Strong knowledge of benefits and compensation regulations, including ACA, ERISA, and FLSA
  • Experience in regulatory compliance related to compensation and benefits
