Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Team (HR) Assistant - Part Time (6m Contract).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing and maintaining the HR Information System (HRIS) and ensure data integrity
  • Support new hire onboarding processes and coordinate virtual orientation for new employees
  • Respond to People-Team tickets and assist with payroll-related issues and HR projects
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of HR experience
  • Confident knowledge of HR systems, with experience in data entry and automation
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets
  • Experience with Slack and employee intranet platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
