Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Team (HR) Assistant - Part Time (6m Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining the HR Information System (HRIS) and ensure data integrity
- Support new hire onboarding processes and coordinate virtual orientation for new employees
- Respond to People-Team tickets and assist with payroll-related issues and HR projects
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of HR experience
- Confident knowledge of HR systems, with experience in data entry and automation
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets
- Experience with Slack and employee intranet platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
