Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support HRIS, ATS, Performance Management, and Payroll systems
- Manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity
- Evaluate and enhance system workflows and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR systems such as UKG, Workday, or Lattice
- Hands-on experience with systems like HiBob, Lattice, UKG, or Greenhouse
- Proficient in managing system configurations and integrations
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
