A company is looking for a Sr. HR Systems Analyst to manage and optimize their People tech stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support HRIS, ATS, Performance Management, and Payroll systems
• Manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity
• Evaluate and enhance system workflows and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR systems such as UKG, Workday, or Lattice
• Hands-on experience with systems like HiBob, Lattice, UKG, or Greenhouse
• Proficient in managing system configurations and integrations
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
