Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an expert in the talent market and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Provide coaching to hiring managers and interview team members on effective practices
- Manage the job requisition process and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- 10 years overall work experience, with 5-7 years as a Recruiter in a Corporate or HR environment
- 1-2 years of specific recruitment experience in Cloud Technologies
- Strong knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting and compliance with OFCCP, EEOC, and DOL regulations
- Proven success in delivering recruiting results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
