Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Shared Services Assistant to provide support and services to employees and HR staff in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries related to HR topics using various communication channels
  • Manage escalated requests and ensure follow-up to enhance client satisfaction
  • Provide end-user support for HR systems and maintain accurate records for payroll and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Workday and shared services (HR/Payroll) preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and manage high-level escalations
  • Knowledge of HR/Payroll laws and regulations is highly desirable
