A company is looking for a Teammate Relations Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise business leaders on people policy compliance and guide performance management decisions
- Support leaders in performance remediation and sensitive conversations with teammates
- Facilitate workplace investigations and accommodations while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
- 5-7 years of progressive human resources experience in a mid to large-sized company
- Experience within employee relations is preferred
- Familiarity with case management tracking software is preferred
- Experience working in a healthcare system is a plus
