Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Support Advisor to assist Team Members with inquiries related to Payroll, Leave of Absence, Benefits, and Human Resources Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for Team Member inquiries regarding Payroll, Benefits, and LOA
- Diagnose issues and escalate complex cases to Tier 2 departments as necessary
- Manage and document support tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or HR support role
- Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday, is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
