HRIS Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager HRIS - US Based Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Support and develop the HR Technology team while driving system enhancements and automation opportunities
• Ensure compliance with audit and security protocols and assist in establishing a long-term HR Technology roadmap

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of functional and technical HCM/HRIS or general HR experience with leadership responsibilities
• Proficiency with HR Technology applications, preferably Oracle HCM Cloud
• Strong project, program, and process management skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
