Key Responsibilities
- Assist with compensation benchmarking, design, and annual compensation cycle support
- Monitor employee inquiries and assist with leave administration and open enrollment
- Draft internal communications and support project coordination for Total Rewards initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-4 years of experience in Total Rewards, HR, or a related area
- Exposure to compensation processes and leave policies (e.g., FMLA, ADA)
- Experience with HR systems (UKG or Workday preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
