Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-4 years of experience in Total Rewards, HR, or a related area
  • Exposure to compensation processes and leave policies (e.g., FMLA, ADA)
  • Experience with HR systems (UKG or Workday preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
