Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Service Center Representative to join their HRAnswers team as they expand their customer support globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR guidance and information to employees while focusing on exceptional customer service
- Manage a high volume of employee requests and tickets, tracking and documenting progress
- Support customers on core HR programs and collaborate cross-functionally to handle complex situations
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing HR role with HR domain knowledge
- Experience with end-to-end HR offerings, including LOA, Payroll, and Benefits
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HCM systems
- Educated to degree level (BA/BS Degree) or equivalent experience
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems
