Senior Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Licensing & Credentialing Specialist responsible for overseeing the onboarding and enrollment process for mental health providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor credentialing timelines and conduct audits for payer reviews
• Oversee the end-to-end provider onboarding process and maintain standard operating procedures
• Manage cross-state licensing and payer enrollment workflows, resolving issues as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or payer relations, preferably in mental health
• Experience managing delegated credentialing relationships and onboarding workflows
• Knowledge of NCQA, URAC, Joint Commission, and state-specific licensing requirements
• Proficiency in credentialing software, such as Medallion
