A company is looking for a Senior Accommodation Consultant to support disability and accommodation services for employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the highest escalation point for case management and stakeholder consulting
- Manage escalated responses and collaborate with leave case managers and disability vendors
- Provide consultation on accommodation matters to HR partners, managers, and employees
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- 5+ years of HR experience, including ADA/FMLA administration
- Strong relationship management skills
- Experience managing confidential employee information
