Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level consultation on employee performance, conduct concerns, and workplace conflict
- Conduct complex investigations into alleged misconduct and deliver well-documented reports
- Draft and implement employee relations policies ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in employee relations
- Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws
- Experience managing complex workplace investigations independently
- Project management experience with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality
