Key Responsibilities
- Support employees throughout their life cycle, including onboarding and off-boarding
- Collaborate with international teams and manage HRM system tasks
- Participate in interviews and support staff development through training needs identification
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an internal HR role (People Partner/HR Manager)
- Experience working with international teams
- Familiarity with employee lifecycle processes
- Upper Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
- Experience with ATS/CRM/HRM systems; IT/iGaming industry experience is a plus
