Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to enhance the candidate experience during the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with Talent Partners and hiring teams across multiple business units
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews and create agendas for on-sites
  • Maintain data integrity in the ATS and support reporting of recruiting metrics
Required Qualifications
  • At least one year of full-cycle talent coordination experience in a high-volume environment
  • Self-starter with a resourceful work ethic and minimal guidance required
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Google Suite, ATS, and job posting platforms
