Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with Talent Partners and hiring teams across multiple business units
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and create agendas for on-sites
- Maintain data integrity in the ATS and support reporting of recruiting metrics
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of full-cycle talent coordination experience in a high-volume environment
- Self-starter with a resourceful work ethic and minimal guidance required
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Google Suite, ATS, and job posting platforms
