Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
- Develop recruiting strategies and build relationships with stakeholders to influence hiring outcomes
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage the offer/acceptance process
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School education or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field
- Two years of experience recruiting high volume call center/customer service roles
- Experience managing and influencing stakeholders
- Strong understanding of sourcing tools and experience with ATS or HR/Recruiting systems
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
