Talent Operations Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Talent Operations Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult and analyze complex assignments/projects for Talent Operations
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance employee and candidate experiences
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to evaluate and optimize Talent Acquisition systems

Required Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
• 3 - 5+ years of Human Resources and/or Talent Management experience
• Experience with HR Systems
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition trends and processes
• Ability to leverage analytics to support business objectives
