Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consultant, Talent Operations Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult and analyze complex assignments/projects for Talent Operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance employee and candidate experiences
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to evaluate and optimize Talent Acquisition systems
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 3 - 5+ years of Human Resources and/or Talent Management experience
- Experience with HR Systems
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition trends and processes
- Ability to leverage analytics to support business objectives
