Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to drive full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention
- Manage benefits administration and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an HR generalist, HRBP, and/or recruiting-focused role
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruiting, benefits, compliance, and employee relations
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Gusto, Lever, or similar)
- Dependable and trustworthy with confidential information
