Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to drive full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention
  • Manage benefits administration and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in an HR generalist, HRBP, and/or recruiting-focused role
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruiting, benefits, compliance, and employee relations
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Gusto, Lever, or similar)
  • Dependable and trustworthy with confidential information
