Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the development and administration of compensation strategies and employee benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze competitive compensation structures and conduct regular benchmarking and equity audits
- Own and optimize U.S. employee benefits programs, managing broker relationships and employee communications
- Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and maintain updated HR policies and employee handbooks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits
- Strong knowledge of compensation laws and trends, especially in tech markets
- Experience in administering employee benefits and leading open enrollment processes
- Proven ability to conduct compensation benchmarking and data analysis
- Proficiency with HRIS and compensation tools; advanced Excel skills are a plus
