Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst Contractor to support and assist with the maintenance and administration of compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Total Rewards team with administration and implementation of compensation programs and projects
- Conduct job evaluation and pricing to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
- Prepare routine and ad hoc compensation analysis and reports as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role
- Working knowledge of base and variable pay practices and relevant laws and regulations
- Practical experience with compensation tools such as Comptryx Mercer, Radford, and Pave
- Experience with UKG Pro and Pave is a strong plus
- SaaS industry experience is a strong plus
