Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Credentialing Coordinator to assist with credentialing processes on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and verify documentation for initial credentialing and recredentialing
- Maintain accurate records for practitioner credentials and manage credentialing files
- Communicate with practitioners and offices to address questions and resolve issues
Required Qualifications and Education
- 6 months to 1 year of prior credentialing experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Teams, Outlook, and Excel
- Knowledge of NCQA and CMS regulations is a plus
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
- Experience with remote work and learning via Teams
