Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and benefits
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and documentation
- Collaborate with leadership to develop learning programs and analyze people data for strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist or business partner role
- Experience leading or supporting Learning & Development initiatives
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
- Experience managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
