Key Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle corporate recruitment in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
- Partner with hiring managers to support their recruitment needs and develop corporate recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify talent and ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate recruiting with a proven track record
- In-house corporate recruitment experience at an early-stage startup is required
- Experience in edtech and/or mental health startups is strongly preferred
- Technical recruiting proficiency is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
