Key Responsibilities
- Administers HR plans and procedures, including the employee handbook and policies
- Coordinates the New Hire process and manages the onboarding experience
- Maintains HRIS records and compiles necessary reports
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist in a Government Contracting company is a strong plus
- Knowledge of SCA employee management
- Experience working in a remote setting
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now
- Understanding of FMLA, Medical, and Workers Compensation processes
