Required Qualifications
- 5 - 8 years of experience in a dedicated HR function
- Experience with benefits administration and employee relations
- Knowledge of state and federal employment regulations
- Experience managing leave of absence cases across multiple states
- High proficiency with Excel and HRIS/Payroll platforms
