Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of experience in HR and employee relations
- Knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for HR programs
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
