A company is looking for a Credentialing Coordinator to support the credentialing function by managing provider cases and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to the credentialing inbox in a timely manner
- Create cases in the provider system based on incoming emails
- Support general credentialing processes and documentation, achieving a daily target of 60 email responses with accurate case entries
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Must reside in Central Time Zone
- High school diploma or equivalent
