Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement processes that support rapid growth and scalability
- Design, deliver, and facilitate programs focused on leadership excellence and team building
- Drive and improve performance management processes, talent mapping, and succession planning
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Organizational Development or Talent Development in high-growth environments
- Strong expertise in leadership development and change management
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable OD programs
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Organizational Psychology or related fields
- Master's degree in Organizational Development or a related field is a plus
