Key Responsibilities
- Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across various business areas, including executive leadership hiring
- Develop effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada
- Mentor and support junior team members while continuously improving recruiting practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with progressively increasing complexity
- Prior experience in a fast-growth startup environment, particularly in product management or design
- Proven success in high-velocity, output-driven settings
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
