A company is looking for a Human Resources Tuition Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process tuition applications while ensuring compliance with organizational policies
- Provide responses to inquiries from employees and external customers regarding HR-related matters
- Maintain precise records and perform data entry tasks within the HCM system
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- No experience required; relevant experience may substitute for education (minimum of four years)
- Preferred experience in Human Resources, customer service, or data entry
- Experience with multiple ATS, CRM, and HRM systems, specifically Taleo and PeopleSoft products is preferred
