Key Responsibilities
- Conduct recurring audits of personnel files for compliance
- Remediate non-compliant documentation and manage workflows
- Prepare and present personnel files for audits and regulatory reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field
- 1 year of HR or People Ops experience required
- Experience in a healthcare setting is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; HRIS and LMS experience preferred
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and detail-oriented
