A company is looking for a Sr. People Business Partner Program Manager and Chief of Staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve an efficient operating cadence for the PBP community, aligning with business rhythms
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, build agendas, and document decisions and follow-ups
- Serve as a strategic advisor to Business Partner Practice Leads and drive decision-making within Practice Areas
Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years of relevant experience, with a BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
- Prior HR/People Business Partner experience preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with experience working with large data sets
- Ability to manage operating cadences and drive alignment across teams
