A company is looking for an Onboarding Advisor to enhance the new hire experience from post-offer acceptance through the first day.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for new hires, providing updates and support throughout their onboarding journey
- Coordinate onboarding processes and monitor progress, addressing any complexities that arise
- Implement solutions to improve onboarding processes and ensure compliance with all requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 4-5 years of HR or customer service-related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn HRIS (Workday preferred)
- Strong ability to analyze processes and implement solutions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
