Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to provide support across various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR team with administrative tasks and ticket correspondence during high-volume periods
- Handle ADA accommodations, process leaves of absence, and send pre-adverse action letters related to background checks
- Assist with Tier 1 HR inquiries, document uploads, job abandonment letters, and other administrative functions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, specifically with LOA and ADA accommodations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with technology in HR processes
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
- Experience in handling employee relations and shared services
