Key Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, managers, and interview teams
- Initiate and manage the hiring process, ensuring timely completion of applications and new hire paperwork
- Conduct new hire orientation and monitor background check results
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a related area preferred
- Six years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
- Knowledge of human resources recruiting policies and full life-cycle recruiting
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion and maturity
- Technologically savvy, with proficiency in recruiting technologies and Microsoft Office
