Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Systems Manager responsible for overseeing and optimizing HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Workday configuration and implementation projects, ensuring system functionality aligns with organizational goals
• Lead HR Systems analysts and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance user experience and support process automation
• Ensure data integrity and compliance within HRIS while providing insights and analytics to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
• 8 - 10 years of related work experience with 1 - 3 years of supervisory experience
• Subject matter expertise in configuring various Workday modules including HCM, ATS, and Reporting
• Experience managing large Workday implementation projects and building vendor integrations
• Understanding of core HR business terminology, processes, and practices
