Key Responsibilities
- Manage Workday configuration and implementation projects, ensuring system functionality aligns with organizational goals
- Lead HR Systems analysts and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance user experience and support process automation
- Ensure data integrity and compliance within HRIS while providing insights and analytics to support decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
- 8 - 10 years of related work experience with 1 - 3 years of supervisory experience
- Subject matter expertise in configuring various Workday modules including HCM, ATS, and Reporting
- Experience managing large Workday implementation projects and building vendor integrations
- Understanding of core HR business terminology, processes, and practices
