Key Responsibilities
- Lead the People Operations team and manage all aspects of people management
- Own the strategic design and administration of the HRIS (Workday) and manage the People tech stack
- Develop multi-year strategies for people operations aligned with company objectives
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in People (HR), with specific experience in people operations and tech stack ownership (Workday required)
- 5+ years of direct people management experience
- Prior experience in a high-growth tech-forward environment preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Workday certification(s) preferred
