• Optimize and streamline HR and Payroll processes through SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation
• Analyze requirements, configure systems, and test new features for ongoing operations support
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to contribute to the 1LMX program's objectives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Experience in HR and payroll processes and data
• Ability to work in a remote environment with a preference for alignment to a major facility
• Mid-Senior level experience in a related field
• Full-time availability with a 4x10 work schedule
