A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruitment for corporate roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop relationships with hiring managers and consult on recruitment strategies and talent needs
- Update the Applicant Tracking System and provide weekly updates on open requisitions
Required Qualifications
- College Degree with emphasis in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience in a Human Resource environment
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong sourcing skills, including sourcing of passive talent
