Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Absence, Disability, or Group Benefits
  • Proven success in leading operational teams in complex, matrixed environments
  • Deep understanding of Absence and Leave products and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in modernizing operations through AI and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a client-oriented approach
