Key Responsibilities
- Co-lead a 500+ person Absence claims organization, managing operational vision, strategy, and execution
- Foster a culture that integrates technology-enabled solutions with a human-centered approach to claims and service
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes and enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Absence, Disability, or Group Benefits
- Proven success in leading operational teams in complex, matrixed environments
- Deep understanding of Absence and Leave products and regulatory compliance
- Experience in modernizing operations through AI and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a client-oriented approach
