Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies
- Source and guide candidates through the hiring process for various roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including candidate assessment and offer negotiation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree, or 4 years of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED
- Experience in sourcing and hiring hourly employees across various industries
- Familiarity with job boards and ATS systems
- Metrics-driven and capable of managing high-volume recruitment
- Experience in agency staffing or healthcare recruiting is a plus
