Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Admissions Department staff while training and mentoring them
• Directly admit new members using Motivational Interviewing techniques
• Track the admissions funnel and improve conversion rate metrics through experimentation and process optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher
• At least 5 years of work experience
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) required
• Demonstrated tech/quantitative skills and experience with EHRs and/or CRMs
• Intermediate-level proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets software
