Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner - Enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide performance management and employee relations support to non-exempt employees in the Enrollment Team
- Act as a partner and coach to people managers while being a trusted resource for employees
- Utilize people metrics to inform decisions on performance management and retention
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role, preferably supporting an enrollment or inside sales team
- Experience working with a fully distributed, non-exempt workforce
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build credibility and rapport
- Proven track record in fast-paced environments and startups
- Strong ability to prioritize and act on urgent needs
