Key Responsibilities
- Execute recruitment activities from sourcing to offer for critical and management-level positions
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to address Talent Acquisition needs and provide consultative services
- Perform advanced sourcing and manage the interviewing process, including candidate screening and job offer creation
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Five years of related talent acquisition experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Preferred experience in recruiting within a 3rd party agency environment in the healthcare sector
- Preferred experience with Workday and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience using electronic media and social networking for candidate sourcing
