Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment activities from sourcing to offer for critical and management-level positions
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to address Talent Acquisition needs and provide consultative services
• Perform advanced sourcing and manage the interviewing process, including candidate screening and job offer creation

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Five years of related talent acquisition experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred experience in recruiting within a 3rd party agency environment in the healthcare sector
• Preferred experience with Workday and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience using electronic media and social networking for candidate sourcing
